Description
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Specialty: Respiratory
• Shift: Nights, 3x12, 1830 - 0700
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Weekend Hours: As required by facility
• Call Requirements: As required by facility
• Required Licensure: RRT, licensed with Missouri Board for Respiratory Care
• Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only
• Preferred Certifications: PALS
• Years of Experience: 1 year
• Float Requirements: As required by facility
• Equipment: Avea ventilators, LTV transport, V60 Bipap with Bellavista on the way, Vapo therm and Airvo for high flow
• EMR: EPIC
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Adult Critical care, High volume busy ED with Trauma experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Blood gas draw, blood gas processing on GEM, Blood gas interpretation
• Type of Patients on Unit: Respiratory patients throughout all areas of the hospital, SICU, CCU, CVICU, ED, Neuro, Trauma patients
