M-F Days: 8:00 am  - 4:30 pm

*** Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 ***

*** Relocation Bonus: Up to $5,000***

Position Requirements:
 

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Bachelor’s degree accepted if graduated before 1/1/2002
  • Master’s degree required if graduated after 1/1/2002
  • International graduates must hold at least a Bachelor’s in OT
• Master’s degree preferred.

Licensure & Certifications

• Must hold or be eligible for state OT licensure within 90 days of hire.
• CPR certification required within 90 days.
• Must maintain all required licensure and certifications.
• AOTA membership preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; proof of insurance if using personal vehicle.

Experience

• Clinical experience from training required; additional work experience preferred but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional OT evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver purposeful activities to support patient rehabilitation per physician orders.
• Document all care and billing in a timely, accurate manner.
• Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Ensure all care meets departmental, state, and professional standards.

Other Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed.
