Genie Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) in Gainesville, FL
Assignment Details
- Contract Start: 3 weeks from offer
- Shift: 3x12s Days or Nights
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks- with the option to extend
Pay Package
- Blended Hourly Rate: $51/hr (stipend + taxable)
- Local RNs accepted at the same blended rate
(Rate may change if stipend is declined or if health insurance is elected)
Facility Overview: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
- Care for medically complex and critically ill patients
- Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings
- Manage pain control and assist with urgent procedures
- Support patients and families throughout extended recovery
Requirements
- Active RN license
- at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in Med-Surg/Tele, Progressive Care Unit (Step-down), or ICU.
- BLS & ACLS certifications
Experience with:
- Ventilators & Trach's
- IV drips
- PEG / EG tubes
- Telemetry strip interpretation
