Travel Physical Therapist

Responsibilities
Provide evaluation and treatment for outpatient physical therapy patients across multiple locations including satellite clinics
Deliver patient care for inpatients in ER, acute care, and PACU discharge cases as needed
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and outcomes
Participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotation when required
Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and rehabilitation protocols

Requirements

Experience
Experience in outpatient physical therapy required
Experience in inpatient/acute care settings preferred
Ability to treat a diverse patient population across multiple care settings
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Licenses/Certifications
Active Vermont Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
BLS Certification preferred

Education
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required
