Description

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of experience required
Skilled home care experience required
Must have home health experience with OASIS training
Strong skills in:
- IV therapy
- Wound care
- Lab draws & venipuncture
Experience with general medical and high-risk diagnoses, including:
- Heart Failure (HF)
- COPD
- Myocardial Infarction (MI)
- Pneumonia
- Stroke
Post-operative care experience required

Certifications:

BCLS (Basic Life Support)

Additional Requirements:

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
COVID vaccination required
Flu vaccine required
