About: Saint Anne Home, being managed by Carmelite Systems needs an interim Licensed Social Worker asap. Must have a license. Assignment 6 weeks to start

Location: Greensburg, Pennsylvania

Census/Bed Size: SNF 25 145 total - has assisted living and IL but is just for the SNF part

Length of assignment - 6 weeks to start

EMR: PCC

Travel: Local only

Vaccination: COVID Vaccination status

Pay: $42 per hour
