Full Time Chinese & English Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner (FNP/NP)

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/NP) who is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fuzhounese) and English to join our growing primary care team. This role involves providing high‑quality, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population. New graduates are welcome—training and mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages.
- Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
- Offer culturally appropriate care, utilizing Chinese language skills to communicate treatment recommendations and health education.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication use.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic workflow efficiency.
- Support clinic outreach and patient engagement within the Chinese‑speaking community.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited FNP or NP program.
- Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English required (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fuzhounese accepted).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient‑education skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply, training and support available.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multicultural or immigrant populations.
- Previous primary care, community health, or outpatient clinic experience (not required).
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
