Description

Psych RN Travel

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Locations: West Burlington & Fort Madison (must float between sites)

Role Overview:
RN will support units during an Epic go-live, providing care across psychiatric, substance abuse/detox, and med/surg populations. Responsible for assessments, monitoring behavioral changes, administering care, and collaborating with the care team.

Key Responsibilities:

Behavioral health monitoring & patient care
Assessments, care planning, and documentation
Support detox, psych, and medical patients
Float between units/campuses as needed

Requirements:

Psych/mental health experience preferred
Cerner + Epic experience required
Active RN license

Additional Details:

Weekend & holiday rotation required
Occasional call/standby (must be within 1 hour if called in)
Exposure to mixed acuity: psych, substance abuse, adult & geriatric
