📍 Position Overview Role: OR RN Shift: Day – 5×8 (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM) Weekend Requirement: Typically every 4th weekend (with weekday coverage) Call Requirement: Yes – weekday call 3 PM – 7 AM, rotation-based; not every day Floating: Required within scope (including like units/sister facilities) Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 📋 Requirements ✅ Experience 4+ years OR RN experience First-time travelers: Not accepted 📑 License & Certifications SC RN license or Compact license must be active BLS ACLS PALS 📌 Local & Travel Policy Local radius: 60 miles Locals accepted case-by-case at 10% less than posted bill rate Block scheduling: Approval possible, not guaranteed
