Average # of patients/day: 5-6
Points per day/week: How are points broken down 30 points per week. Each type of visit and activity (documentation travel etc.) hold a different point value. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points.
Guaranteed Hours: No if there is a situation where the contractor is unable to meet their financial needs due to low patient census please reach out to the AM to discuss floating the contractor to a nearby clinic to pick up hours.

Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) No must have recent Home Health experience
Weekend REQ: Varies per location and profession please have traveler discuss during the interview.
Certs REQ: CPR BLS
Is on-call REQ (Y/N) What is the req Varies per job/location please discuss with manager during interview.
Territory/County covering: Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic.
Mileage reimbursed IRS Standard rate. Traveler is compensated from patient home to patient home. The commute to and from the first and last patient are not billable.
