Description

Position Requirements & Unit Details:

Must have documented PCU experience in work history
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar-sized facility

Unit Overview:

28-bed PCU/IMCU with a cardiac-focused population
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3–4

Patient Population & Skills Required:

STEMI, NSTEMI, post-CTS, chest pain (C/P) patients
Experience with cardiac drips including:
- Milrinone
- Dobutamine
- Pressors

Additional Expectations:

May be assigned to telemetry patients within the same unit (lower acuity)

Certifications Required:

BLS
ACLS
