Job Summary – MSICU 

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 12-hour variable shifts (Days/Nights)
• Patient Type: ICU (Medical & Surgical – including post-op, joint replacements, COVID unit)
• Bed Size: Includes dedicated COVID beds (11)

⏰ Weekly Hours Breakdown

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shift Structure:
  • 3 shifts/week × 12 hours = 36 hours total

⚠️ Important Notes:

• No guaranteed hours during orientation week
• Eligible for up to 36 hours low census (non-billable) across contract
• Can be placed on-call during low census (counts toward 36 hrs)
• Call-back pay applies if called in

📅 Weekend & Holiday Requirements

• Weekends: 2 out of every 4 weekends
  • Nights: Fri/Sat
  • Days: Sat/Sun
• Holidays: Rotational (major U.S. holidays)

🔁 Float Requirements

• Must float to:
  • Aspirus Stevens Point
  • Plover
  • Riverview

✅ Requirements

• Experience:
  • 2+ years ICU
  • Med/Surg experience
  • Travel experience required
• Certifications:
  • BLS & ACLS (AHA or ARC only)
  • WI RN License
