Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)is the shift for this role. The Job Description:**MUST HAVE LICENSE IN HAND TO SUB** SKILLED NURSING AND REHAB UNITS IN A LTC FACILITY - they act more like a Med-Surg Start Date: ASAP Shift: Listed in Job Order - e/o weekend rotation Ratios: Direct Patient Care Up to 20 Residents - Avg. Daily Census: 72 Years of Experience REQ: 2YR Min First-Timers Accepted: Yes for first time travelers Weekend REQ: E/O Weekend Required upon request of center Certs REQ: IV Cert Required before starting BLS/ACLS also Is On-Call REQ?: No Will this traveler need to float between like units?: N/A Open to accommodating block schedule?: N/A Locals Accepted: Yes Pending License Accepted: ***MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LICENSE*** RTO Restrictions: RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. Cannot take every holiday off **ANY CALL OUTS MUST BE GIVEN WITH AMPLE NOTICE MORE THAN 24hrs PRIOR** Special Requirements: Rehab with strong Med/Surg and acute care experience helpful but not required. Dementia training/experience highly recommended. Excellent customer service is a must. Works closely with CNA/HCA. Special equipment- Lifting equipment Hospital Highlights: Working Primary Care Providing specialized medical and rehabilitation to Dementia/Surgical patients including IV medications wound care.
