Description

Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
- Open Heart Recovery experience required
- CRRT experience preferred
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- ADN required; BSN preferred
Licensure:
- Current Arkansas RN License or Compact State RN License in good standing
Certifications:
- BLS required
- ACLS required within first 6 months of employment
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
- Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
Technical & Clinical Skills:
- Experience in cardiovascular and vascular post-operative care including:
  - Coronary artery bypass grafting
  - Thoracotomy
  - Carotid stenting
  - Heart valve replacement/repair
  - Other vascular interventions
- Experience with advanced therapies and equipment:
  - Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)
  - Induced hypothermia
  - Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO)
  - Impella Heart Pump
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Basic computer knowledge required

Facility & Compliance Requirements

Safety Sensitive Designation:
- This role is classified as safety sensitive under Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana
