Description

Job Summary

Provide patient care using the full nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Maintain strong communication with patients and families
Deliver high-quality care to:
- Adolescent & Adult Females
- Neonates
Work with Cerner EMR (experience required)

Weekly Hours & Schedule

Guaranteed Hours: Typically 36 hours/week
Shift Structure: 3 shifts/week (usually 12-hour shifts)
Overtime: Possible based on facility needs

Call / Low Census Policy

Not part of a regular call rotation
May be placed on-call during low census
If called in, must arrive within 1 hour
