Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support students across multiple school sites. The ideal candidate will provide therapy services to help students improve mobility, function, and overall participation in school activities.

Caseload & Population:

Caseload: 50–60 students
Population: Preschool through High School
Coverage: Multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to students with diverse needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Assess student mobility, strength, and functional abilities
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Travel between school sites as required

Requirements:

Active PT or PTA License (Required)
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment:

School-based setting (Preschool to High School)
Large, collaborative therapy department (60+ PTs/OTs)
Supportive and team-oriented environment
