📌 Job Summary (RN – Cardiovascular Stepdown Unit)

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Unit: Cardiovascular Stepdown (CVSU) – 32-bed progressive care unit
• Specialty Focus:

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor and manage cardiac arrhythmias
• Administer & titrate IV medications
• Assist with cardioversion & conscious sedation
• Perform specialized procedures (chest tube removal, arterial line removal, pacing, etc.)
• Follow:
  • ANA Code of Ethics
  • Ohio Nurse Practice Act
  • AACN Progressive Care Guidelines

• Shift Type: Nights
