Position Details

Job Title: CVOR Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA)
Facility Name: Piedmont Atlanta Hospital
Work Location: 1968 Peachtree Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30309
Unit: CVOR (Surgical Services – STFA)
Duration: 15 Weeks
Shift: Days – 3x12s (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Float: Required (within CVOR/Main OR as needed)

Requirements (HARD STOPS)

Minimum 2+ years CVOR First Assist experience
Strong experience required in:
- Cardiac
- Vascular
- Endovascular
- Thoracic
Certification Required:
- CSFA (NBSTSA) or NCCSA accepted
BLS Certification required
Active GA License or Compact License (required at submission)
Heart transplant experience highly preferred
