🩺 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process
  • Monitor and manage patients with complex and progressive conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge needs
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital protocols
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient environment

  • Active RN License – North Carolina (required)
  • BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
  • NIHSS Certification
  • Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience (PCU preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
