Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor and respond to patients with acute and complex conditions
• Perform point-of-care testing as required
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure a safe and compliant care environment

Requirements

• Active RN License (North Carolina)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency setting

Education

• Nursing Diploma OR ADN/ASN required
• BSN/MSN preferred

Compensation & Benefits (Highlights)

• Competitive pay: $33.00 – $54.45/hour
