Description
RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * * ****will not approve blocked scheduling unless it's weekends only, I can ask. They also will not take duos that want same schedule or share car. if they are placed on call and then called back in they have 30 minutes to arrive Department: ICU RN *Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS* - # of Beds: 33 beds, average daily census is 16 - Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:2-3 for adults - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Trauma, cardiac, overdose/substance abuse, Adults sepsis, post-stent, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, respiratory distress
