Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit).This is a Full-Time – Day Shift opportunity with long-term potential, located in Marietta, Georgia 30060.

Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Must Have Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• ACLS and PALS certification required (or within 180 days)
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 5 years RN patient care experience required
• Experience in PACU / Critical Care / ICU / Perioperative preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced post-anesthesia environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures
• Perform continuous monitoring and assessment of patient conditions
• Administer medications and manage pain control as prescribed
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and care teams
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding recovery and discharge instructions
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Support mentorship and professional development within the team
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational policies
• Uphold confidentiality and professional nursing standards
