Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care CDU / Short Stay.This is a Part-Time – Night Shift opportunity with long-term potential, located in Hiram, Georgia 30141.

Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Must Have Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 5 years RN experience required
• Experience in Acute Care / Observation Unit / MedSurg / CDU / Short Stay preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in CDU / Observation / Short Stay unit
• Perform comprehensive assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Support mentorship and professional development within the team
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational policies
• Uphold confidentiality and professional nursing standards
