Travel RN Opportunity – Emergency Department
Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Position Details
- Specialty: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)
- Employment Type: Travel
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
- Weekend Requirement: Two weekends per 4-week schedule
- Call Requirements: None

- Department: Emergency Department (1st Floor)
- Trauma Level: IV
- Number of Beds: 20
- Patient Population: Neonates, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics
- Patient Ratios:
- ESI 1, 2, & Horizontal 3s – 4:1
- ESI Vertical 3s, 4, & 5 – 7:1
- Electronic Health Record (EHR): MedHost
Requirements
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
- Emergency Department experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Notes
- No float or call requirements
- Dress code allows any scrub color; t-shirts or clothing with other facility logos are not acceptable
- High acuity emergency department environment
