Description

Under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist, Physicist, or Manager, perform those duties directly involved with a variety of procedures, and prescribed treatment plans on radiation oncology patients.

Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) - Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board - REQUIRED

AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association - PREFERRED

1 year Experience in radiation therapy treatment planning

Education:

Bachelor's Degree B.S., B.A. degree preferred with eligibility to take CMD exam, or OJT (may also be Certified Medical Dosimetrist)

Certifications & Licenses:

AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare)

Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; no weekends or on-call requirements.
