Multicredentialed Sonographer

Location: Temple, TX 76508)
Type: Full-Time (Inpatient & ER)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 + Relocation Assistance

About the Role

We are seeking a Multi-credentialed Sonographer to join a growing ECHO & EKG Lab. This role involves performing a wide range of ultrasound procedures across multiple specialties in a fast-paced inpatient and emergency setting.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shift: Variable (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Flexibility required for extended hours
• On-call rotation:
  • Includes weekends & holidays
  • Weekend call: Friday 5:30 PM – Monday 7:00 AM
  • Must be able to arrive onsite within 1 hour
• Travel: 1–2 times/month (portable ultrasound to nearby facilities)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic to advanced ultrasound procedures, including:
  • Abdominal
  • OB/GYN
  • Cardiac
  • Vascular
  • Musculoskeletal
  • Small parts
• Review patient clinical history to determine exam scope
• Adapt and expand imaging procedures as needed
• Ensure high-quality imaging and patient care standards

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited sonography program
  OR
• 2+ years of relevant experience

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of sonography experience

Certifications:

• BLS (required within 30 days if not already obtained)
• Must hold TWO credentials, including:
  • RCS (CCI) or RDCS (ARDMS)
    AND
  • RVT or RVS

Additional accepted credentials include (any combination of two):

• ACS, ARRT-S, ARRT-VI
• MSK, RCCS
• RDMS (AB, BR, OB, PS, FE)
• RDCS-PE
