QUALIFICATIONS:

Submissions must have an active CO PHA License in good standing
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree.
BLS (American Heart Association)
ACLS (American Heart Association)
Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS ACCEPTED - required Oct 1st through April 1
Epic Experience is required.
Meditech training a plus. Traveler Assignment will be while Facility is converting EMR from Meditech to Epic.
Assignment end date is projected to be 8/15/26, will adjust assignment length to accommodate start date.
SCHEDULE: Rotating day/evening shift working 40-hours per week. Will start at either 0630 or 0800 Monday - Friday with Rotating Weekends working 0700-1200.

Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request.
Maintains medication stock in patient care areas.
Ensures safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies for patients according to policies, procedures and protocols.
