Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to support our clients in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title - Physical Therapist

Job Type: Contract

Location- Kingwood, WV, and surrounding counties

Shift:  Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm/ 40 hrs/ week 
Pay - $54 -$56/ hr on W2 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is focused on performing high-volume blood draws in a clinical setting while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accurate specimen collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in home health and hospice settings
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and care plans
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Travel within assigned coverage area to patient homes

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license – West Virginia
• Home health experience (required)
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Hospice care experience
