Outpatient Neurology Clinic LPN Role - Day Shift. 3 Years of experience required

Scheduled hours are 08:30-17:00. HOWEVER, There is a possibility that depending on patient care scheduling, the LPN in this role will need to come in earlier or stay a bit later. 
**Please confirm on submission that LPN agrees to the possible slight fluctuation of hours and has appropriate support & flexibility to be able to accommodate this.**
This is a general Neurology practice where patient diagnoses include a variety of Neurological illnesses, such as TBI, stroke, CVA, substance abuse, etc. 

An LVN in this role will need to be well rounded, patient, and understanding of the nature of neurological illnesses. **Experience working with this patient population is highly preferred.**

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage Epic nurse in-boxes and work queues
• Triage and respond to patient phone calls and MyChart messages
• Process medication refill requests and route for provider signature as needed
• Manage and coordinate lab orders, imaging orders, and results
• Support high acuity neurology patients, including infusion related coordination (e.g., Leqembi)
• Transcribe and document voicemail messages into Epic
• Process inbound clinical faxes requiring provider review or signature
• Abstract and enter labs (e.g., Invitae / GeneDx genetic testing)
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patient safety and continuity of care across assigned providers
