Maternal Child Health is responsible for the provision of direct patient care to a designated group of patients within the Maternal Child Health department. This position will work collaboratively with Unit leadership to follow the scope of practice for nursing governing bodies that apply to Maternal Child Health (AWONN, ACOG, NNA, AORN). These responsibilities will include the observation data collection, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient s physical, psychological, emotional educational and spiritual needs.

Education: Minimum of an Associates of Applied Science in Nursing.

Certification BLS , ACLS, PALS, and NRP

Experience: preferred with knowledge of post-partum
