- Willing to float to all locations needed per job request
- Experience in the acute care setting preferred; 1 year of experience in the past 3 years preferred but not required
- EPIC highly preferred
Shift Notes
90% LTC/SNF, 10% Inpatient. 40 hours: M-F, day shift; no call or weekends; occasionally may be the only Occupational Therapist at a location in LTC – phone support is available at all times.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
EPIC for electronic medical record (Acute Care); Casamba/NetHealth or LTC environments
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Experience in the acute care setting preferred; 1 year of experience in the past 3 years preferred but not required
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
MN Occupational Therapy Licensure; BLS-AHA
Floating to over units/departments.
Will be combined inpatient and LTC support needs
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
Hospital licensed for 118 but therapy caseload typically averages approximately 30-40 patients; Neilson Place is a 60 bed SNF, Blackduck GSS a 30 bed SNF.
