Types of procedures required. Inpatient and outpatient general rural practice physical therapy.

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)

Epic documentation. Blood flow restriction. Ultrasound/E-stim. Ionto.

General therapy equipment Required skills and minimum years of experience. General physical therapy skills

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)

BLS. MN PTA licensure. IA PTA licensure would be a bonus.

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.

25 bed critical access hospital. Also outpatient department.
