Description

Job Title: Medical Social Worker (MSW)

Location:10123 SE Market Street, Portland, OR 97216

Department: Primary Care

Schedule: Day Shift – Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite)

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical/social work
  • Valid licensure or eligibility to practice (e.g., CSWA)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong background in primary care or integrated care environments
