Description

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

3+ years current experience (must be within the last 6 moths) - [REQUIRED]
Must be willing to float where experienced - [REQUIRED]
IV certified (must be willing to obtain during onboarding if not certified) - [REQUIRED]
All RTO must be on initial presentation for approval and can not exceed 5 days (Holidays NOT approved) - [REQUIRED]
Covid Vaccination Required - Declinations/Exemptions are not accepted (Please upload proofs with upload) - [REQUIRED]
Locals residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted (Please ensure perm address is in profile) - [REQUIRED]
Previous travel experience – [Highly Preferred]
Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
