Description
Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Stem Cell Transplant / BMT.
This is a Full-Time – Night Shift opportunity with long-term potential, located in Augusta, Georgia 30912.
Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour.

Must Have Skills
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Experience in Oncology / Hematology / BMT / MedSurg / Acute Care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in Stem Cell Transplant / BMT unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and manage complex oncology-related treatments
• Collaborate with physicians, oncology specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, chemotherapy support care, and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Ensure adherence to patient safety and quality standards
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Support mentorship and professional development within the team
• Uphold confidentiality and professional nursing standards
