Additional Details Trauma Level 1 Charting System EPIC MUST HAVE: 2 years of experience working in the CVT, RN or R.T. (R) role. BLS - must be AHA RCIS or AART required or RN Proficient with neuro interventions (thrombectomy, coiling's, embo's, stents) Will need to have NDMIRT or be willing to apply within 24 hours of offer acceptance General job duties. Types of procedures required. Scrub tech for neuro angiograms/interventions. Preferred working knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles, including radiographic positioning, film/image processing, quality control, and radiation protection is required. Preferred cardiac angiograms/interventions, and vascular endograph/peripheral vascular angiograms/interventions, pacemaker implants/device cases. Possibility of EP and structural heart based on candidate experience. 1. Thrombectomy (stroke) 2. Coiling's 3. Carotid stents 4. Pipeline 5. EVD placement 6. spinal Angio 7. Lumbar puncture/drain 8. Diagnostic cerebral angiogram 9. MMA/AVM/Fistula Embo 10. Rhizotomy 11. Epistaxis embolization 12. Left/right Heart caths/PCI (rotablader, shockwave) (preferred) 13. Pericardiocentesis (preferred) 14. Intra-aortic balloon pump/impella insertion/removal (preferred) 15. Peripheral vascular (preferred) 16. Electrophysiology devices (Pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorder, etc.) insertion/removal (preferred) 17. PFO/ASD closure (preferred) 18. Electrophysiology ablations (preferred) Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EPIC, Radiant, CUPID, GE MAC Lab/Cardio Lab is the main reporting system within the cath lab Required skills and minimum years of experience. Proficient with roles of a CVT, RN or R.T. (R) with scrubbing the above procedures, proficient with sterile technique, RCIS/RCES, RN or AART required. 2 years of experience working in the CVT, RN or R.T. (R) role. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS - AHA, RCIS or ARRT. (R) with NDMIRT required. RN, if applicable Shift or schedule requirements. 4-10 hour shifts Monday thru Friday with rotation of call every 3-4th weekend, along with 1 night of call per week. Call team consists of a 3 person team. candidate would not work alone. Floating to other units/departments. no Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 8 cath lab rooms with 1 procedure room
