Position Overview
Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Pain Management for a locum tenens opportunity. The provider will deliver comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting and will rotate between two clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform patient assessments, follow-ups, and medication management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
- Float between two locations as scheduled
Requirements
- Active Georgia (GA) license (required at submission)
- Board Certification: Eligible
- Experience in Pain Management (required)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Certifications required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- ATLS
- ABLS
- Local candidates only
