Description

LPN needed in Clovis, NM for a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care setting. You will provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, wound care support, monitoring for changes in condition, and communicating updates to the RN and provider team. Expect a steady, team based environment with busy med passes, strong resident advocacy, and consistent documentation. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and compassionate with a focus on safety and quality care.

Active LPN license required (NM) BLS preferred (facility dependent) Recent LTC or SNF experience preferred Comfortable with med passes, injections, tube feeds, wound care, vitals, and basic assessments within LPN scope EMR charting and accurate documentation required Floating within the facility may be required based on census Must be able to pass background, drug screen, and complete all facility compliance items on time Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed
