Description

1 year before returning as a traveler

Patient Types:Long term care or Rehab/Skilled Nursing Facility:No memory care unit

Common diagnosis: Typical nursing home patients stable, Dementia, long term care residentsComfort Care patients Nurse would collaborate with MH Hospice RN s that come to the facility to see these residents provide comfort care as needed

No traches, vents, occasionally feeding tubes, occasional IV s, some catheter care

Patient Ratios:Nurse - 1:25-30; 2 nurses per shift could be an RN/LPN or LPN/LPN. Regulation is that there must be an RN in the building for 8 hrs. every day; will have Med aide to help pass medsMedication aide - 1:25-30; 2 MA per shiftCNA - 1:10; 5 CNAs per shift
