Description

Job Title: Radiation Therapist (NJ State Licensed)

Location: 1140 Route 72 West, Manahawkin, NJ 08050
Facility: Southern Ocean Medical Center

Schedule:

Clinic Shift: Likely 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary based on patient load)
Weekend: Not required
On-Call: Not required
Float: No float requirement

Experience Required:

Preferred 3–5 years (can be discussed)
Minimum 1–2 years experience with Varian/ARIA software

Required Licenses/Certifications:

State of New Jersey Radiation Therapist license
ARRT participation
CPR certified

Job Responsibilities:

Operate the Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator for patient treatments
Focus on clinical treatments; no simulation, daily QA, or billing responsibilities

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in Varian/ARIA software
Strong patient care and communication skills
