Description

PT: Field position Central Valley/ Stockton Territory
Home Health
Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday
LOCALS OK
Home Health experience preferred, if no Home Health experience, must have Outpatient experience as the minimum
CA license in hand preferred
Oasis experience required- may consider candidates without Oasis if they have solid HH experience
GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours
Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed
COVID Exemptions permitted
Mileage between patients- IRS Standard
Please Note: Rate may change based on coverage territory and experience
** Accepting pending CA license. Traveler need to have applied upon submission
