Description
Rotating (12 Hour PM-AM or 12 Hour AM-PM)
Cardiac PCU RN NEEDED FOR 5/25 or 6/8 START
HVU Unit Expansion - 3 Needs!
MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 1.5YRS OF RECENT EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE.
MedSurg:
- Chest tubes
- Tubes
- Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone
- Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients
- Trachs/Laryngectomies
- Telemetry
- Complex wounds
- Central Lines – care and maintenance and blood draws
Stepdown:
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Invasive BP monitoring through arterial lines
- Nitro, primacor, dobutamine, dopamine drips
- Bi-PAP/ C-PAP
- Low dose pressors, vasoactive meds, and inotropes
- Trachs
- Complex wounds
- Lines/ tubes/ drains for post-surgical patients
- External pacers, epicardial wires, TR bands
Required Credentials:
- NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required)
- BLS
- ACLS
48 beds of step-down level of care for cardiology, EP, and cardiac surgical patients.
Cardio Thoracic surgical patients, pre and post CHF, telemetry, vascular, Pulmonary HTN, temporary pacers
RN Patient ratios on days and nights: Days 1:3, Nights 1:4-5, depending on acuity
