Description

Job Description: The MFM (Maternal-Fetal Medicine) sonographer performs diagnostic imaging scans on patients from 1st to 3rd trimester on high-risk pregnancies. Competently performs routine and specialized sonography procedures to produce quality images to physicians and other health care providers for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prevention of injury or disease.

Scans in this department include:
• NT
• 1st trimester
• Biophysical profile(BPP)
• Detailed (level II)
• Twins, triplets
• Umbilical artery doppler
• Middle cerebral artery doppler
• Transvaginal

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an OB US
- BLS (AHA)

Shift: 5 x 8 Days 0700-1500 *variable days*

Note: - 2 years of experience instead of 3 is totally reasonable if the sonographer has OB experience and not all general. Certfications: ARDMS FE*, ARDMS OB/GYN, BLS
