Patient Population & Diagnoses

General medical patients
CVA / stroke
End‑of‑life care
Post‑operative cervical cases
Dysphagia and swallowing disorders (primary focus)
Limited cognitive evaluation and treatment

Practice Settings Covered

Acute Inpatient
ICU
PCU
Telemetry
Medical and Surgical Units
Emergency Department
May also support Acute Rehab, Skilled Nursing, and Outpatient as needed

Work Locations: Primarily St. Anne, with potential floating to St. Francis and St. Joseph Charting System: Epic Acute inpatient SLP experience required Video swallow study experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and flex schedule as needed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible start/end times) Occasional weekends preferred (3–4 hours max; not both days unless desired) Occasional holidays (4–8 hours) Job ID #18040387
