Shift: 8a to 4:30 PM and one Saturday every Month

Guaranteed Hours: 40.00

Candidates will be supporting the Home Health department with the patient load in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. They should anticipate a case load of approximately 6 patient visits per day with an average of 40-60 miles driven per day.
