Description

Days: 4x9 hr shifts; 0645 - 1615, 36 hs/week:
Call/Weekends - Requires 50% call including every other weekend and every other holiday.

24 months experience in Cardiac/Cath Lab [required]
NO 1st time travelers, must have completed at least '1' travel contract in previous 12 mos.
Equipment experience: Artis Zee C-Arm, Impella [required]
Additional Equipment experience: Maquet IABP, Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS [required]
Proficient with fluoroscopy [required]
Proficiency and comfort in: peripheral and coronary angio cases [required]
Proficiency and comfort in: PCI & pacemaker procedures [required]
Iowa Radiology license needed for contract -- will accept non licensed applicants; must apply for license at offer acceptance
either certificate will be accepted -- ARRT (CI or CV discipline) or CCI - RCIS [required] [document]
BLS, ACLS from AHA
Driver’s License [document] [required]
