Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teacher to join an inclusion program. In this role, you will co-teach alongside a General Education Teacher, supporting young learners with diverse needs in an inclusive classroom setting.
This is a great opportunity for educators passionate about early childhood development and inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-teach in an inclusion classroom with a General Education Teacher
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Modify lesson plans to support diverse learning needs
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Valid Early Childhood Special Education Authorization / Credential
- Experience in early childhood or special education settings preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse learning and behavioral needs
