We’re seeking skilled Travel/Contract Rehabilitation Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care at our premier skilled nursing facility in Albemarle, NC. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in SNF/LTC Rehabilitation settings
• Proficient in trach management, wound care, dressing changes, IV therapy, Foley care, and tube feedings
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical skills with patient-focused care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous travel experience preferred
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
• Ability to float within multiple facilities in the rehabilitation region
• Comfort working with diverse patient diagnoses including stroke, amputation, and neurological disorders

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 18 months of relevant long-term care or rehab experience
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and alternate weekends

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float to facilities including Cleveland Pines, Huntersville Oaks, Jesse Helms, Sardis Oaks, and Stanly Manor as needed
• Certification in BLS; ACLS preferred but not mandatory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel
