Position Overview

Shift: 8-hour Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Facility & Unit Details

Setting: Post-Acute / SNF / LTC
Unit Size: 66 beds
Charting System: EPIC

Experience Required:

SNF/LTC experience (must-have)
Basic IV skills (starting, hanging, managing IVs)
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) required
License: Required to submit
