Description

Department: LDRP RN - Float
Certifications Required: BLS (Preferred: ACLS, NRP, STABLE)
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Mix. Mainly obstetric/neonates, hypertension, GDM, try not to deliver anyone less than 36 weeks
Experience or 'Must have' skills: able to read and interpret fetal strips, critical thinking, follow quality metrics, previous travel experience, must be able to read strips - will float to Medsurg & ER as needed
EMR: Meditech
Floating Requirements: Yes - Medsurg, ER. wherever in the hospital the nurse is needed
